The Trager Family JCC is pleased to offer physical therapy services through Mind Body Physio with experts in the field. Dr. Ethan Brown, Dr. Whitney Ensor, and Dr. Kayla Lim are all highly experienced, hold advanced certifications, and take pride in raising the standard of Physical Therapy.

How We Differ

At Mind Body Physio, our patients achieve optimal health and performance with fewer visits than at traditional PT clinics. All of our treatments are one on one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Our therapists have advanced certifications and training in the populations we serve to efficiently produce results. We embody a root cause model of care making sure to address all components of the healing process rather than just treating symptoms. Lastly, we utilize a round table approach where our therapists meet frequently via zoom to discuss patient cases and how to best meet their needs.

Mind Body Physio is a fee for service clinic. We choose to be an out of network provider which allows us to dictate treatments based on our clinical findings, patient values, and what we believe to be the best plan of care. We do accept FSA and HSA cards as forms of payment. We are happy to provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company who can then approve reimbursement based on your out of network benefits.
