Exchanging Tickets

Sold Out Shows
Please check your event here and click on the “Get Tickets today” link for up-to-the-minute availability. Once a performance is sold out it will be removed from our ticketing service. Any remaining tickets will be sold on a first-come walk-up basis at the door. If the website says sold out, please do not call, or come to the venue.

Seating
All programs are general admission, with seating on a first-come, first-served basis. See an usher if you need assistance with accessible seating or finding a seat. We also offer VIP experiences for an added cost. We do offer seats on the floor that will have a sign if they are wheelchair accessible. Please observe signage for available and unavailable seating. Select shows are reserved seating. Patrons needing special assistance, additional entry time, or accessible seating can choose accordingly or indicate those needs upon purchase. Additionally, if a show is sold out you may meet the box office in person and day of performance to join a wait list. Any unclaimed seating 5 minutes prior to performance will be given to patrons on the waitlist.

Late Arrival
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the staff, ushers, and/or management at an appropriate break in the show to avoid disruption. Latecomers are not guaranteed reserved, assigned, adjacent, or saved seats. If your seats have not been claimed 5 minutes prior to the performance they will be given to patrons on the waitlist. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
