This four-week course is designed to help you learn stress management and self-care with skills that will calm and focus your mind through meditation. Whether you’re feeling stressed, looking for better sleep or just want to learn a new technique that will enhance your well-being this class is for you. The instructor, Paula Kommor, M.Ed, NBC-HWC, ICF, is a trained and certified KORU Teacher.
Mondays (7/17, 7/24, 7/31 and 8/7) at 6 p.m.
An introduction to mindfulness and meditation. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.
