MELT NeuroStrength Workshop

Explore how neurological stability can rev up your fitness goals while helping you avoid pain and injury while you move, play and work out. This workshop will explore how repetitive stress sneaks into everyday and athletic pursuits, and how MELT Performance techniques can help you squash it while cruising to a new personal best.
