This four-week course is designed to help you learn stress management and self-care with skills that will calm and focus your mind through meditation. Whether you’re feeling stressed, looking for better sleep or just want to learn a new technique that will enhance your well-being this class is for you. The instructor, Paula Kommor, M.Ed, NBC-HWC, ICF, is a trained and certified KORU (Mindfulness Meditation) Teacher.
KORU (Mindfulness Meditation):
Tuesdays (1/7, 1/14, 1/21 and 1/28) at 6 p.m.

All KORU classes take place in the Barbara Brick Reading Room, located near the elevator on the 2nd floor.

An introduction to mindfulness and meditation. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.
