TRX Suspension Training uses bodyweight exercises to simultaneously develop strength,
power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility and core stability. Whether
you’re young or old, out of shape or a beast, injured or at the top of your game, TRX
Suspension Training meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go.
Monday Group Classes – 10:30 -11:30 a.m.
Tuesday Group Classes – 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Wednesday Group Classes – 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Thursday Group Classes – 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Current TRX participants can use the equipment anytime.
