Counselors In Training (CIT)
This fun and exciting program is designed to develop leadership and camp counselor skills through hands-on experience. Under the guidance of Camp J staff, CITs work hands-on with younger Camp J groups. In addition to working with the groups, CITs participate in a comprehensive leadership training program throughout the session and are provided opportunities to grow their skillsets.
CITs will have opportunities to attend field trips, help plan camp-wide activities, and lead games and activities with cabin groups.
