TRX Suspension Training

TRX Suspension Training uses bodyweight exercises to simultaneously develop strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility and core stability. Whether you’re young or old, out of shape or a beast, injured or at the top of your game, TRX Suspension Training meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go.

Tuesday/Thursday Group Classes

5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
