Adult Programming at The J
The J seniors enjoy a multitude of enriching and fulfilling programs in fitness, cultural events, the arts, Jewish life, education and more. Whether you are looking to build a new group of friends, expand your social circle, get involved as a volunteer or expand your personal horizons there is an activity for you, whatever your skill level or interests.
The J Healthy Senior Adults Program provides a comprehensive wellness program that links nutrition and exercise and nourishes the mind, body and spirit. Through a variety of fitness, aquatics and nutrition programs, you can be feeling and looking your best. The Senior Nutrition Program offers weekday kosher lunches in a group setting or delivers them to those seniors in need.
Some facilities and areas of the JCC may have reduced or limited services due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Join us each month as we perform Mitzvah to give back to the community. A “Mitzvah” can be defined as a good deed or a charitable act. Each month there will be a different organization or cause that will benefit from our “Monthly Mitzvah”.
