Judge Byer Will Deliver Keynote at Senior U

The Temple will present its highly-acclaimed annual Senior University on Thursday, March 29. Registration for this year’s community-wide, fun, educational event registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the day concludes at 3:30 p.m.

Judge Joan Byer, the keynote speaker, will present “Repairing My World … and the World of Others – Reflections of a Family Court Judge” at 10 a.m.

Representatives from The Courier-Journal and the Speed Art Museum, along with Bob Hill, Barry Meyers, Shelly Zegart and Debbie Richter, will be speaking on such diverse topics as gardening, finance, art, cooking and more.  In addition, The Temple’s rabbis, Chester B. Diamond, Joe Rooks Rapport and Gaylia R. Rooks, will be presenting from their own expertise.

Special treats include a continental breakfast, a healthful catered luncheon, and a closing program featuring fruits and delicious desserts and door prizes.

The all-inclusive fee for this stimulating day with friends, new and old, is only $12. Advance registration is required, but please pay at the door. (Checks should be made out to: The Temple.) To register, call The Temple office at 423-1818.
