Participants will learn the safe and efficient way to squat, bench press, deadlift and perform other heavy lifting exercises for their own body types. This class costs $80 per person.
Family Fun Run 2 Race will motivate your entire family motivated to get healthier and stronger while having fun. This eight-week training program starts Tuesday, September 9 at 5:30 p.m. Training ends with The Chocolate 5k on Sunday, November 2 at Waterfront Park! The program is open to JCC families, including those age 8 and up. Family Fun Run 2 Race costs $55 for the first child and adult, $35 per additional adult and $20 per additional child. Chocolate 5k registrations are included in the cost of Family Fun Run 2 Race.
“The JCC is offering more diverse classes to its members,” said Fitness Director Ron Peacock. “We have an incredible group of trainers here and we want them to train and help our members as much as possible.”
These classes are part of a plan to increase the amount of fitness classes at the JCC, utilizing the latest techniques and trends in exercise.
