In honor of our upcoming Veteran’s Day Shabbat help us perform a great mitzvah!
We are asking volunteers to write letters to our KY Vets!
Our KY Veterans love letters, drawings, and stories about everyday life, adventures, and pets! Get your children involved as well. Please, do not include a return address or any personal information. Address your contribution: “Dear Hero” or “Dear Brave One”, and drop them off at The Temple front desk no later than Monday, November 12 in anticipation to arrive to Veteran centers in time for Thanksgiving. We would also love to display your memorabilia in the front lobby case. Please loan us your items for display during the week of Veteran’s Shabbat.
