Sunday Night at the Movies with Rabbi Joe Rooks Rapport: GI Jews
A four session movie series based on the highly acclaimed and deeply compelling PBS documentary “GI Jews: Jewish Americans in World War II” featuring stories from some of the 550,000 who fought and died in the American Armed Forces on nearly every front of the war. Each movie night will feature a portion from the PBS series, plus additional material from the original book by historian Deborah Dash Moore, along with extra oral history film clips from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
Pizza Dinner begins at 6:30 pm | Movie and Discussion begin at 7:00 pm
