Join Attorney General Andy Beshear to learn about scams, how they work, why they work, and how to protect yourself from being victimized.  This Interfaith Travel Series, in partnership with AARP Kentucky, is being hosted by over 35 interfaith groups across the Commonwealth in an effort to reach senior citizens and their families.

“Protecting Kentucky families, especially senior citizens from scams, abuse and exploitation is a top priority of my office,” Attorney General Andy Beshear explained.  “That’s why I launched Scam Alerts—a messaging service to immediately alert Kentuckians when con artists are on the attack. Be informed and save yourself, and those you love and care for, from the emotional and financial distress scammers can cause by signing up for Scam Alerts.”  The Temple will host Attorney General Beshear and this program on Wednesday, July 26 at 10 am.
