TRX, or suspension training, uses your own bodyweight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Hundreds of exercises can be completed using this system and you control how much you want to challenge on each exercise by simply changing your body position. During our fitness demo, you will see how TRX training can deliver a fast and effective total body workout using your body as your machine.
Demonstration will be located in the Upper Gym and is free for JCC members.
