The Ben Gurion Society’s Pre-Rosh Hashanah “New Year’s Eve” Party scheduled for Thursday, August 26, 7 p.m. at Asiatique, 1767 Bardstown Rd., promises to be just the right event to set the stage for a brand new year of exciting programming for members of Jewish Community of Louisville’s (JCL) Young Adult Division (YAD).
Toast the coming year with an apple martini, sample select wines and indulge in some of the tastiest appetizers in town. Meet new JCL President Stu Silberman, who will be on-hand to share his thoughts and hear your views and visions for JCL’s future.
Dr. Julie Temes Ellis chairs the Ben Gurion Society, which includes YAD members (ages 45 and below) who demonstrate their leadership with a commitment of $1,000 or more to the JCL’s Annual Campaign.
