Shlock Rock, a popular Jewish rock band from Israel is coming to Louisville on Saturday, November 13, and Congregation Anshei Sfard invites the community to join in the fun.
Shlock is Yiddish for ‘second hand.’ Led by Lenny Solomon since 1985, Shlock Rock takes popular rock tunes and puts them together with Jewish lyrics, creating an parodies that have been characterized as uproarious.
But their true mission is to encourage Jewish unity, pride, and awareness through music.

The concert will be held at Anshei Sfard. The doors will open at 7:30 and the concert will begin at 8.
Advance tickets are $12 for adults; $8 each for students, children under the age of 12 and groups of 20 or more. Tickets will also be available at the door for $15.
