For many young adults, the Jewish Community of Louisville’s Young Adult Division (YAD) is their introduction to the Jewish community, so this year, YAD decided to plan a strictly social event.
On Saturday, March 20, 60 YAD members showed up at The Pointe where they mingled with friends, watched the basketball game and enjoyed appetizers catered by Ramsi’s Café on the World and an open bar, courtesy of Heaven Hill.
Seth Gladstein chaired the event with the help of committee members Amy Joseph Landon, Becky Ruby Swansburg and Abby Tasman.
YAD thanks Aaron and Barrett Tasman for donating the use of the space at The Pointe for this event.
