Workshop – Trauma Informed Care

presented by Jewish Family & Career Services
This workshop is designed for older adults to discuss parenting issues concerned trauma-informed care. Dr. Jessica G. Eslinger PhD, LCSW, will lead the discussion. Some topics to be presented in this workshop include:
- Trauma 101: A Review of the Basics
- Understanding the Effects of Trauma
- Building a Safe Place
- Self-Care
