Join other young adults and members of VIALou for a night of adults for a night of cocktails, conversation, and compassion. Bring donated items with you to assemble into care packages for Louisville families affected by deportation. Hear from professionals from Americana Community Center, an organization on the frontlines of this crisis.

Collect and Bring These Items With You:

2-in-1 Shampoo, Bar Soap/Body Wash, Toothpaste, Deodorant, Feminine Hygiene Products, Diapers, Wipes, Formula, Jarred Baby Food, Single Packages of Paper Towels/Individually Wrapped Toilet Paper, Bags of Dried Rice/Beans, Jars of Peanut Butter, and Reuseable Shopping Bags

VIALou (Volunteers in Action-Louisville) is a group of young professionals 22-40, who organize monthly community service projects that exemplify the values and mission of Jewish Family & Career Services. This month’s project is connected to our values of “Derech Eretz” treating others with respect, “Gmilut Chasidim v’Rachamim” performing acts of loving kindness and compassion, and “Ahavat Ger” loving the stranger in our midst.
