Unaging with Dr. Robert Friedland

FREEWe warmly welcome Dr. Friedland who will join us on Mon, August 21 at 5:30 p.m. in the Shapira Foundation Auditorium for a free session about the four factors that impact your age, and how you can live to your best potential. The session will last one hour and will include insightful information on how you can make positive choices for yourself so that you can experience exceptional aging.
Dr. Robert Friedland
Dr. Friedland, is a world-renowned neurologist and is the Rudd endowed professor of Neurology and Neurobiology at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He has vast experience, including work at the University of California, Berkeley, Case Western Reserve and in Israel.
Dr. Friedland will discuss his book on “Unaging: The 4 Factors That Impact How You Age” which was published by Cambridge University Press in October 2022. The book describes the multiple reserve factors that impact the quality of human aging, and how what do you do with the opportunity of aging makes a difference.
