The second session in a three-session study forum series to educate and advocate for The Kentucky Child Protective Services System.  This session’s panel will include Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge Patty Walker Fitzgerald, Delores Delahanty L.C.S.W., and a member of the State Child Fatality Review Board.
