The monthly holiday known as Rosh Chodesh is a time to gather together, to connect more deeply with yourself, and to tap into the sacred flow of the Hebrew calendar. In Jewish tradition, each month begins with a new moon. (Rosh Chodesh literally means “head of the month.”)
A sound bath is a meditative practice that involves listening to sound vibrations to promote relaxation while exploring the energy of the new moon, tapping into the wisdom of your body and heart, and make space for yourself.
