Rabbi Daniel Freelander – Scholar in Residence at The Temple & Temple Shalom
Rabbi Daniel Freelander serves as president of the World Union for Progressive Judaism. With offices in New York and Jerusalem, Rabbi Freelander leads the coordinating body of over 1.8 million Jews, representing almost 1000 congregations and seven regional bodies. A gifted musician and keen observer of the North American Jewish scene, Freelander is well known for lecturing on trends in Reform synagogue life. Together with Cantor Jeff Klepper, he has composed dozens of popular Jewish melodies including the well known “Shalom Rav” and “Lo Alecha.”

Service led by Rabbi Chottiner and Rabbi David, Music led by Dr. Louie Bailey and Jennifer Diamond.
Transportation to Temple Shalom from The Temple will be provided for those who RSVP by March 28.
There will be a short service at The Temple at 7:00 pm for those who cannot make it to Temple Shalom.
