Pragmatic Spirituality at Adath Jeshurun
September 15, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 11:15 am
Pragmatic Spirituality is an open discussion group that meets twice a month at AJ. The group is facilitated by Courtney Snyder, MD (holistic Psychiatrist) and Marty Snyder (Business & Leadership Advisor.)
The seed of the discussions is a brief inspiration by a spiritual leader who encourages inner dialogue and listening to one’s “inner teacher.” Woven throughout are examples of the Jewish perspective on attention to the soul. We address how we find purpose and meaning, how we navigate practical challenges in our daily lives, and how we mitigate stressors in this modern time. Feel free to attend and participate, or listen quietly.
You’re invited to give this group a try. For additional information, please contact Dr. Courtney Snyder at cs@courtneysnydermd.com. Join us from 10:00 – 11:15 am in the Benovitz Family Library at Adath Jeshurun, 2401 Woodbourne Avenue for Pragmatic Spirituality on the dates listed below.
