Krav Maga (pronounced “krahv mahGAH”) is an effective, modern, and dynamic self-defense and fighting system.
- Learn modern hand-to-hand self defense
- Defend yourself against punches, kicks, grabs, holds and chokes
- Realistic training drills will prepare you for REAL situations
Open to men and women ages 14+.
No prior training necessary.
