Hadassah Knitzvah Brigade Knitting Circle

Join Hadassah Louisville Chapter for a knit/crochet circle to benefit the Mother and Child Center at Hadassah Hospital. We will be making chemo caps for teenage oncology patients at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem and baby beanies for NICU babies. Bring your own yarn, needles and supplies.
You are free to choose any pattern, although we have some suggestions. Remember the purpose is to cover a head due to hairloss and choose a pattern without large holes. Please make sure yarn is not wool (too itchy), soft and lightweight.
If you are not a crafter but would still like to participate in our “virtual knitting circle”, a minimum donation of $18 can be made online at hadassah.org or mail a check to Robin Wolff. Designate Hadassah Louisville Chapter and Knitzvah Brigade. All donations will benefit the Mother and Child Center at Hadassah Hospital.
All craft and monetary contributors will receive an exclusive certificate of appreciation. Message Michelle Elisburg with any questions.
