Golf is more physically demanding than many people imagine. Join Denise Joseph as she gives you the tools you need to improve your golf swing, enhance your performance, and prevent physical injury. This small group class is great for both beginner and experienced golfers.

Fee: $90, $72 for The J Members, $20 drop-in for one class
