Deli with Dad’s at Adath Jeshurun

AJ will host a special Father’s Day program honoring all dads! Join us as we watch the film “Deli Man,” on our gigantic screen while enjoying delicious, kosher, delicatessen fare! “Deli Man” is a documentary featuring Ziggy Gruber, a third-generation deli man from Houston whose deli, Kenny & Ziggy’s, is arguably one of the finest delicatessens in the country. The director of the film, Erik Anjou who also directed the popular “Cantor’s Tale” a decade ago, will be in attendance and will speak at Shabbat services on June 20th. Indulge in out-of-town gourmet food that you love while learning about the traditions that make deli one of America’s greatest cuisines.
