AJ Family Torah Yoga Service

AJ’s springtime Family Torah Yoga Services were so much fun, that we’re bringing it back this fall! We’re adding brand new thick colorful yoga mats to keep everyone comfortable. Torah Yoga will be held on the following Saturdays from 11:00 – 11:45 AM – November 16th & December 14th. 

AJ Torah Yoga is for students in grades K – 7 and their parents, and will be held in the Slosberg Event Center. Rabbi Diane Tracht will lead this fun-filled 45-minute session of meditation and yoga connected to the Jewish practice of mussar, developing ethical qualities in body and spirit. Participants are invited to wear comfy clothing.
