Phil B. Levitch understood the value that comes from participating in the Jewish Federations of North America General Assembly each year. He also considered it important our give rabbis the opportunity to attend. When he passed away, his family created an endowed fund in his memory to accomplish that purpose. Cantors have also been able to use the fund to support their involvement in the GA.
