Key Fob Request

Thank you for your interest in a Key FOB for the Trager Family JCC. Each Key FOB is $6 and may be ordered at the front desk.

*You can pick up your new Key FOB at the front desk 24 hours after it is ordered.

*Key FOBs are available for all active members over the age of 12.

*A separate form must be completed for each eligible household member.

Please note:  Only one Key FOB per active member.  Once the new Key FOB is activated, the old access card will be obsolete.
