Guided Hike and Tai Chi Class
Guided Hike 10:30-11:30 a.m. | On-site prepared lunch at noon
Lunch prepared by Mat Shalenko, formally trained Chef and Certified Health Coach. Tai Chi Class provided by Joan Richert, St. Mathew’s Martial Arts. Music provided by Cantor Sharon Hordes.
