This 4 week induction class is for teens 11-18 to safely learn a variety of cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights with one of the JCC world class personal trainers. Upon completion of this 4 week class teens are then eligible to use the Life fitness weight room during specific times without parental supervision. Call the Health & Wellness Desk at 238-2727 to register or for more information.
