Join us this evening for Sunday Night Live at Virtual AJ featuring Mosab Hassan Tousef – “The Green Prince.” Son of Hamas speaks about Peace in the Middle East.
Mosab Hassaan Yousef is the son of one of the founders and leaders of Hamas. Despite his upbringing, as a young man Mosab perceived that in the fight between Israel and Palestine, the losers were the Palestinian people. He took the position that Israel was not the problem, but the solution. He took the courageous step of working undercover for ten years with Israel’s Security Service. Mosab supplied information that prevented dozens of suicide attacks, saved the lives of countless Isarelis, uncovered numerous Hamas cells, and enabled the Security Service to hunt down many terrorists. Mosab paid a heavy price for working to help Israel. He was ostracized by his beloved father and had to go on the run. Mosab is anxious to share his vision of how a new Middle East can take shape. He will also share his personal journey, and how seeing Israel as a friend is now coming to be an accepted truth.
