 
Take part in the Summer Fitness Festival! The J will offer five group fitness classes. Each class will only be 30 minutes (first class at 9:30 A.M.) so you can experience more variety or take the same class for two hours straight! There will be a five minute break between classes to transition to the next class and/or to take a water break. Must be 14 years old to take classes.
Classes offered will be:
–  Cycle
–  Muscle Blast
–  Yoga
–  Boot Camp
–  Deep Water
Free cookout for J Members: Noon-1:00 p.m.
