#MyShabbat Initiative

November 5, 2017

Celebrate Shabbat with friends, neighbors and Louisville newcomers with help from the Jewish Federation. Apply for a grant to spend $100-$200 to celebrate Shabbat (any time Friday evening through Saturday evening) with others doing what is fun and meaningful for you. This could include a Shabbat Dinner, nature walk, board game party and lots more. Be creative! Activities should be planned for a minimum of five people.

Applications are open through Sunday, November 5. You will be notified by November 10 regarding the approval of your grant. Grants should be used between November 17 and February 15. Preference will be given to young adults in their 20s and 30s.

Contact Julie Hollander, Director of Women’s Philanthropy and Outreach with questions.
