Each month, Kyla and Eden will teach a new recipe and a different style of cooking. All participants will make the dish and take it home to cook/bake.
Ethiopian Dabo: Thursday, Feb. 6, 2025, 7 – 8:30 p.m.
Yemeni Jachnun: Thursday, Mar. 27, 2025, 7 – 8:30 p.m.
Moroccan Mofleta and Sphinge: Tuesday, Apr. 22, 2025, 7 – 8:30 p.m.
Ashkenazi Challah: Wednesday, May 14, 2025, 7 – 8:30 p.m.
All classes will take place at the Trager Family JCC in the Kohn Family Town Square.
Cost: $7 each or $25 for all 4 cooking classes
