Security Camera Bid Procurement

Beginning May 14, 2019, the Jewish Community Center of Louisville will be accepting sealed bids for overhauling and replacing the current surveillance system. This security surveillance system will be using federally funded grant money. The bid should include: removal and replacement of (42) existing cameras with (5) cameras featuring IR and varifocal lens; installation of video server (64 channel availability for future growth) with required storage for 2-3 weeks of back log; set up new video server on client network and train staff on use and operation. ***Client will provide dedicated managed switches in designated areas for the construction of building the Sub-Net, isolating the video system from the in-house network and prevent any drag on existing bandwidth.

All bids shall be received at the Jewish Community Center of Louisville, 3600 Dutchmans Lane, Louisville, KY 40205 no later than 5 p.m., Tuesday, May 28 . Bids will be opened and read aloud publicly on Friday, May 31 at 10:30 am in the JCC Boardroom.  All bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope, with the project name “JCC of Louisville Surveillance Project” and should be to the attention of Brian Tabler, Facilities Director. Bidders name and address should be clearly labeled as well.
