New Group Exercise Classes

New Group Fitness Classes for 2014!

Advance Conditioning
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Are you ready to be pushed to the next level? This class will take you to the top and then help you push yourself to the next level.

Golf Conditioning
Tuesdays and Thursdays Noon-12:30 p.m.
Taught by our on-site golf conditioning specialist, this 30-minute class will have you driving farther, chipping better and putting like a pro.

Splish Splash
Wednesdays 10:30-11:15 a.m.
This fun, 45-minute class is designed for parents and children aged 1-4. You’ll be led through games, sing-a-longs, structured play and safety topics.

CXWORX
Wednesdays 9:30-10 a.m. (formerly 9-9:30 a.m.)
Monday 9 a.m. class canceled

Finning
Wednesday and Saturday 12:30-1:15 p.m. classes canceled
