Women Empowered: Self-Defense Workshop

Bring your mother, sister or friend! Wear comfortable workout attire. FREE for The J Members but there is limited space, so reserve a spot!
Topics Include:
- How to prevent potential attacks by making yourself a “hard target.”
- How to break free from an attacker who grabs you.
- How to avoid being taken to the ground.
- How to escape from an attacker pinning you to the ground.
No experience necessary. Suitable for girls ages 13 and up.
