World renowned Chef, Uri Arnold, from Israel’s Western Galilee, returns to Louisville for a weekend of unforgettable culinary experiences celebrating food, culture, and connection!

Shabbat in a Box – Friday, June 5
Pick up: Keneseth Israel Congregation, 4:30-5:30 PM
Bring the warmth of Shabbat home with a chef-crafted, kosher dinner for two, ready for pickup and easy to enjoy. 

Includes:
– Chicken Maklubah*
– Two fresh, seasonal Mediterranean salads
– Chef Uri’s Hummus
– Challah
– Candles and grape juice 

*Maklubah is a traditional Levantine one-pot dish consisting of meats, rice, vegetables, and spices.

Enjoy an exclusive VIP Shabbat dinner and wine tasting with Chef Uri – a rare opportunity to gather for an intimate evening of exceptional food, live culinary demonstrations, curated wines, meaningful stories, and warm hospitality.

Home hosts’ address, located on the east side of Louisville, will be shared with registered guests prior to the event.

Limited to 10 VIP participants. Registration closes on June 3rd.

Mediterranean Masterclass – Sunday, June 7
Trager Family JCC, 12:00-2:00PM & 3:00-5:00PM

Step into the vibrant flavors on the Mediterranean and cook alongside Chef Uri in unforgetable hunds-on culinary workshops. featuring: 
– Vegetarian Beet Kubbeh** 
– A Fresh Seasonal Mediterranean Salad
**Vegetarian Beet Kubbeh is a beloved Middle Eastern dumpling soup filled with rich flavors and vibrant beet broth. 

Chef Uri will also demonstrate his signature hummus recipe, to be enjoyed together with fresh challah from Crust and Crumb Bakery and Cafe. 
Guests will share this meal together and dine on-site at the JCC, making it a communal dining experience.
