The Louisville Jewish Community of Louisville provides young adults the opportunity and training to grow leadership skills through its fun, dynamic Young Leadership Development program (YLD). YLD offers an examination of our Jewish heritage, an understanding of the Jewish community from local, national and international perspectives, and ways to become more involved in current issues and challenges for Jews around the world. Designed as a two-year program, sessions are monthly the first year with Board internships the second, and includes the opportunity to participate in the YLD mission to Israel.
