Ab Circuit with Matt V. for all fitness levels (4 Minutes)
This 5-20 minute core circuit routine with Matt will have you breaking a sweat! This workout goes over 3 core exercises that can be done at home.


Leg Circuit Workout with Sly (21 Minutes)
JCC Fitness Trainer Sylvester will go through a 15-30 minute leg circuit workout. This lower body routine is for all fitness levels and can easily be done at home!


Upper Body Strength Training Circuit Workout with Sly (12 Minutes)
This circuit workout will go over at home work workout centered around arms, with emphasis on biceps, triceps and a bit of shoulder work. These can be added to your routine or be done on its own.


Upper Body Circuit Workout with Matt V. (3 Minutes)

This arm circuit workout designed to be easily done at home. Matt will show you the proper form for 3 different exercises, 15 – 20 reps of each to be repeated 3-5 times depending on your fitness level. These can be easily added to your workout routine or stand alone as a arm workout routine.
