This is a class for true watercolor beginners. Learn the basics of watercolor with Alayna! This one-time workshop starts with instructions on technique, then create your very own Mount Sinai painting with your new skills.
This class is on Wednesday, May 27 at 3:30 and lasts approximately 45 minutes.
The registration fee includes instruction on technique and completing the landscape. Students are required to obtain their own materials. See the suggested list below.
This list is the materials your instructor will be using. We recommend you start with these, however, if you have questions about alternative supplies, feel free to ask!

- Watercolor paper (any)
- size 8 watercolor brush with a pointed tip
- koi watercolor set (set of 24, can get at Michaels)
- one fine pen (micron pen size 2)
- one fine pencil
- a cup of water
- Something to protect the surface you work on, like newspaper, old cloth, etc.
Minimum 5 students must enroll by 5/26/2020 for the class to take place. Full refunds for any registered students will be issued if this enrollment minimum is not met. The class can accommodate up to 20 students, first come, first serve.
Refunds will be given only if minimum enrollment is not met or in the case of undue economic or personal hardship, and at the discretion of JCC personnel. Refunds will not be issued after the class for any reason.
