The PJ Library’s Storytime with Marsha Roth at Borders Was Loads of Fun

[Archived from February 20, 2009]

In addition to programs like this storytelling event with Marsha Roth on February 8, each month The PJ Library sends quality Jewish books and CDs to children ages 6 months to 6 years as a free gift from the Jewish Community Federation. More than 300 children are enrolled.

The program, administered by the Foundation for Planned Giving, is made possible by the Stephen, Sandra and Donald Linker Family Fund and a grant from the Grinspoon Foundation. Marsha Roth and Mona Schramko are The PJ Library chairs and Federation Outreach Director Allison Schwartz is its director.

Parents and grandparents can sign youngsters up for the PJ Library program online at www.jewishlouisville.org. Grandparents are also welcome to enroll their grandchildren. The program is free for children in the Louisville Metro area, but there is a $60 subscription fee for those living elsewhere.

For more information about the program, contact Schwartz at 618-5325 or allisons@jcfl.com, or Foundation for Planned Giving Director Alan Engel, 618-5326 or aengel@iglou.com.

Additional donations to the PJ Library are welcome.
