Music was at the core of Leon and Ursel Fuchs’ life together. Leon managed the JCC Orchestra for many years, and he and Ursel were ardent fans who promoted the orchestra every chance they got. The couple’s children established the Leon T. & Ursel Eichengreen Fuchs Music Second Century Fund in 2000 in their memory to allow young talent to be heard. The fund helps subsidize live music and musical composers and arrangers.
