Learn practical self-defense techniques while maintaining weight control, coordination, strength, discipline, respect for others, self confidence and flexibility. Taught by Grand Master Choi, 9th degree Black Belt.

Sundays and Thursdays
January 5 – May 15

Sunday 4 – 5 p.m.
Thursday 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Friday 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Fee: $105 Non-members; $70 J Members

No classes April 9, 10 & 16 for Passover.
