Jen Kvartek, Licensed Massage TherapistJennKvartek

Jen has been practicing massage within the greater Louisville medical community for over 7 years, aligned with chiropractors and medical facilities for almost 10 years. She graduated valedictorian from Louisville School of Massage after earning a Bachelor’s degree and Cum Laude distinction from Salisbury University. Since moving to Bardstown in 2004, she has dedicated her career path to helping people. Jen says, “You can’t compare the feeling of truly helping someone out of pain to anything else in the world, and I am happy to say it is what I do for a living.”
Jen’s goal is to offer all-encompassing care to enhance overall health and wellbeing for each client she treats. She has worked with professional athletes, famous musicians, and medical professionals throughout her career here. She works with clients suffering from everything from auto accident whiplash injuries to chronic muscle pain each and every day. Jen believes this constant experience has helped her grow leaps and bounds as a massage therapist. “If it hurts you, rest assured I will feel it, find it, and work it out,” Jen said.
In specifying individualized treatment and technique to each person, she discourages a “one routine fix all” session. Each treatment session is specified to the needs of the individual client. She recognizes the importance of patient service, education, and overall satisfaction.
Mission Statement: “It is my goal and responsibility to effectively address and affect positive change in each client in my care so that they may feel enhanced in overall health and well-being through massage therapy.”
