Cancellation policy: The services you schedule are reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the client is subject to pay a $25 cancellation fee. If client fails to cancel their scheduled appointment, they will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Cancellations will not be accepted via email.
Swedish massage therapy is the modality that comes to mind when most people think about massage. As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. Swedish massage is beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or “knots” (also known as “adhesions.”) Deep tissue massage typically uses more pressure than a Swedish massage.
